At Sports 4U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be requested within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
- Custom or personalized products.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted.
